DOTS4Kids Clinic or Community Directions For your Visit
**CLINIC VISIT** We are located at the front of Whitby Mall, near McDonald’s/Talize. Enter through the **West Lang Tower** entrance (NOT the East Tower). This is the most common point of confusion.
Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor. We are located in the second-floor medical offices at the front of the mall.
Follow signs for Durham Occupational Therapy Services for Kids (DOTS) once you arrive on the second floor.
**COMMUNITY VISIT** Our therapist will meet you at the agreed upon location, either at your home or a public place (e.g. library, park, or community center)
**WE ARE A SOCKS ONLY & SCENT-FREE FACILITY**
